Party Packages Include:
- Cafe Art Party invitations.
- 1.5 Hours of Fun, if ordering pizza through Cafe Art time will be extended to 2 hours.
- Paint Colors, Brushes, Stencils, Sponges, ETC.
- Glaze and Firing
- Private Party Room (when available)
- Party pieces individually wrapped and labeled.
- Set-up of party and clean up.
Parents may bring in cake and beverages. The primary responsibility of Cafe Art staff is to support and provide help in the preparation of the activity,the art activity itself, and the clean up. They will be in and out of the party as needed. If this is the 1st time painting or the party is young or a large group, staff will be very busy supporting the art activity and and clean up with less time to support the parents or host family, if this is the case and you prefer more support we would suggest booking dedicated staff member(s) at added cost depending on need. Paper goods for cake and drinks is not supplied by Cafe Art. If needed at time of booking this can also be supplied for an additional charge.Please always feel free to ask for help from staff members as needed. Works of art will be ready for pickup in just one week.
Cafe Art special “Party Plate for only $10 ” decorated by one of our employees with guests thumb prints for the guest of honor upon request.
Packages
(studio fees will apply)- Green Shelf Items: $5.00 item per person plus studio fees
- Yellow Shelf Items: $7.50 per person plus studio fees
- Orange Shelf Items: $10.00 per person plus studio fees
- Blue Shelf Items: $15.00 per person plus studio fees
- Brown Shelf Items: Price individual items plus studio fees
- Reservations required at least one week in advance with a $25.00 non refundable party fee due at time of booking.
- Additional dedicated staff is $40 per staff member.
- Please keep party within the contracted time if party extends past the contracted time there will be a added fee of $25 per half hour.
